MORTGAGE SALE - ADJOURNED TO MAY 6, 2025 AT 10:00 A.M.
The building and land known as 835 Lanark Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described in Certificate of Title No. 2866887/1 will be sold at auction on Tuesday, the 22nd day of April, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. by teleconference. The auction sale will be held by way of teleconference. There will be no in person attendees at the auction. The Vendor under Power of Sale is informed that there situate a single family 1-storey home of 1,551 square feet, more or less. The Vendor is advised that the home contains forced air heating. The Vendor is further advised the home contains a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 4-piece bathroom and 2 3-piece bathrooms.
