MORTGAGE SALE
The building and land known as 458 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, as described on
Certificate of Title Nos. 1006733/1, 1006736/1 and 1006738/1, will be sold at public auction on
March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The auction sale will be held by was of videoconference. There will
