MORTGAGE SALE

The land and premises located at 197 Oborne Street, Treherne, Manitoba as described in Certificate of Title no. 2339672/4 will be sold at a public auction on Tuesday, the 8th day of October 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The auction sale will be held by way of videoconference. There will be no in-person attendees at the auction. The auction sale will be conducted pursuant to an Order for Sale issued by the District Registrar. The vendor is informed that the lot is located on a paved street in the community of Treherne MB with 90 feet of frontage. On the lot is a single-family detached bungalow, originally built in 1975. Over the years a single attached garage has been converted to living space. The 1,148 square foot layout consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and a four-piece bathroom.
